Phi Delta Theta Kansas Alpha Parents' Club!

The University of Kansas Phi Delta Theta Parents’ Club assists in activities planned by the Phi Delta Theta Kansas Alpha chapter.  These activities are for the parents and their sons and provide times for special memories during their college fraternity years.

The Parents’ Club is funded by parent dues and assists in the planning of Dad’s Weekend, Moms Weekend, Initiation Week and Graduation and so much more.  We provide meals and snacks during Family Weekend, Finals Week and we also support the academic efforts of our boys receiving a GPA of 3.5 and above.  In addition, the Parents’ Club helps pay for house improvements and renovations.

Parents' Club Annual Dues

We kindly ask for each family's support of Parents Club with a donation of $165. I cannot overstate the importance and appreciation of your donation.  I personally thank you but it's our boys who are tremendously grateful and who benefit from this.

Here are some items that Parents Club pays for:

 

  • Scholarship rewards for boys receiving a 3.5 GPA or higher

  • House improvements - furniture updates/ repairs

  • Special food and treats for the the boys, including nightly food delivery during Finals Week

  • Initiation lunch for families and gifts for initiates

  • Holiday Decorations

  • Graduation breakfast for senior families and senior gifts

  • House Mom and staff appreciation gifts

  • Subsidizing for Mom’s and Dad’s Weekends, Family Weekend and tailgates

  • Sports equipment for patio and basketball court

       And much more!
